I have written and/or had published several plays, from comedies to dramas, and children's plays from holiday-themed to light-hearted one and two act plays based on popular children's tales.

Having taught children's theater for decades, I know that there are more girls than boys who participate. Therefore, my children's plays have more female characters in them. 

Having directed a lot of community theater, I know the value of having limited number of actors and using one set. I focus on the drama in relationships and seek to find the humor all around us.

I am sensitive to the fact that many theaters need to modify adult language  for their audiences. I am fine with directors softening language if they deem it necessary.
